PAYMENT POLICY UPDATE:PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH. YOU HAVE UNTIL THE FRIDAY AFTER YOUR CLASS TO PAY OR A $10 LATE FEE WILL APPLY EVERY WEEK UNTIL YOU PAY.

IF WE HAVE A CARD ON FILE FOR YOU AND YOU ARE ON A MONTHLY PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND YOU ARE IN CLASS AND IF WE DO NOT GET PAYMENT FROM YOU AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS- WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For acting class: IF You are paying month to month, you can make up any class in THAT MONTH ONLY- IF YOU GIVE US 24 HOUR NOTICE,YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE UP A CLASS IF YOU DO NOT but no refunds are given nor extensions under any circumstance. For VO and Animation Workshops: Your deposit will NOT be refunded for any reason if you back out of class. We require deposits only a week before so we do not have a waiting list if you cancel. For Private coaching: 4 hour Cancellation notice required or full price of private is owed. For Cancellation of Reels. 24 HOur Notice MUST be given under ANY circumstance unless an absolute emergency, as the studio has a $150 Cancellation feel and we have a $100 cancellation fee.
